In a major breakthrough for the agribusiness sector of Madhya Pradesh, Yashodhara International has successfully executed the first-ever direct export of perishable products from the state to the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Historically reliant on neighboring states for export facilitation, this accomplishment marks a new chapter in the state’s agricultural trade, significantly enhancing local farmers’ access to international markets.
The company, spearheaded by Managing Director Rahul Khasdev, took the initiative to establish a direct supply chain between Indore and the UAE. Khasdev underscored the significance of this achievement, stating, “This isn’t just about business—it’s about empowering local farmers by connecting them directly to international buyers, eliminating intermediaries, and ensuring that they reap the maximum benefits.”

This milestone marks a pivotal moment for Madhya Pradesh’s economy, especially in the export of fresh produce. The inaugural shipment of 456 kilograms of bitter gourd (karela), packed in 120 crates, was dispatched from Indore to Sharjah.
It is expected that this direct export initiative will unlock new opportunities for perishable goods, contributing to greater profitability for farmers and enhancing the state’s stature in global agribusiness.
This first successful export from Indore opens the door for further growth, positioning Yashodhara International as a key player in facilitating the international expansion of Madhya Pradesh’s fresh produce market. The company’s initiative is a promising step toward the state becoming a hub for global agricultural exports.
