BJP MP Calls for Salman Khan to Apologize to Bishnoi Community After Baba Siddique’s Assassination.

In the aftermath of the brutal assassination of NCP leader Baba Siddique, BJP Rajya Sabha MP Harnath Singh Yadav has reignited a long-standing controversy by urging Bollywood icon Salman Khan to publicly apologize to the Bishnoi community. The Bishnois, known for their deep respect for wildlife, particularly the blackbuck, were deeply offended by Khan’s involvement in the infamous blackbuck poaching case, which dates back to 1998. Yadav’s statement comes just days after Siddique, a close associate of Khan, was shot dead in Mumbai, allegedly by members of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.

The Bishnoi gang has a history of targeting Khan, and Siddique’s murder has added a new layer of complexity to an already volatile situation. Yadav, while addressing the issue on social media, made a pointed accusation, stating that Salman Khan not only hunted the blackbuck but also “cooked it and ate it,” which deeply offended the religious sentiments of the Bishnoi people. He implored the actor to issue a sincere apology in light of the renewed tensions.

“Salman Khan is admired by millions across India, but this is a wound that the Bishnoi community has not forgotten. An apology would go a long way in soothing hurt sentiments and potentially easing tensions,” Yadav said in his post. He further emphasized that while mistakes happen, they should be acknowledged, especially when they affect a community so profoundly.

The Lawrence Bishnoi gang, allegedly behind Siddique’s murder, had previously issued threats to Salman Khan and even fired shots outside his Bandra residence earlier this year. Khan’s father, veteran screenwriter Salim Khan, was also a target of the gang’s death threats. Following these developments, security around the actor has been significantly increased, with authorities taking no chances in safeguarding him.

Baba Siddique, who shared a long-standing friendship with Khan, had reportedly been receiving threats from the gang before his murder. His killing has shaken the political and entertainment worlds alike, with many now questioning how deeply entrenched the Bishnoi gang’s vendetta against Salman Khan might be.

As political figures like Harnath Singh Yadav weigh in, the spotlight is once again on Salman Khan. Will he heed the advice of the BJP MP and apologize, or will the actor continue to remain silent in the face of growing pressure? The unfolding situation could have significant repercussions not just for Khan but also for the Bishnoi community and the political landscape at large.
