The CCTV video, shared on the X account ‘Karnataka Portfolio,’ shows the delivery worker casually waiting outside the supermarket entrance. With no security staff visible, he cautiously approached the unattended bag on a shelf designated for visitors’ belongings. After a quick look around, he picked up the bag, concealing it either in his delivery backpack or under his clothing.
The Bengaluru City Police acknowledged the incident after it gained traction online. Responding on social media, they confirmed forwarding the complaint to the South-East Division’s Deputy Commissioner of Police, ACP Electronic City, and the local police station for investigation.
